• Having worked for EAT for many years, our quota relating to their requirements has grown year on year. We are happy to be an important part of the EAT. team and therefore look after all of their A/C service and maintenance, their walk In fridge service and maintenance, display fridge, supply, service and maintenance, a large portion of their fabric and maintenance requirements alongside numerous shop refurbishments, refits and dilapidations.
• We are happy to announce the recent completion of the refurbishment at Edinburgh Airport Airside and Landside. We were tasked with the refurbishment of the kitchen area within the EAT. Airside site and the general shop fit at EAT Landside. These proved to be challenging tasks as people familiar with the working requirements within an airport will attest! Some of the problems faced but solved included the 3 hour working night shifts, the immeasurable but necessary health, safety and security requirements as well as requirements relating to our operatives travel made these works tricky to organise. Fortunately, our dedicated team of managers, foremen, fixers and office staff made these works a resounding success.

"I was introduced to BS via another contractor 7 years ago as they had designed and installed the HVAC system for one of my new shops working as a domestic subcontractor. They continued in this role for the next few shops and it became evident that their work was not only good, but that they were also flexible in their approach and easily fitted in as part of the Project team. BS soon became a direct supplier and the sole installer of our HVAC systems, taking on the maintenance role too. From installing the equipment we began to use the BS construction team to carry out minor alteration works to our shops; this then rolled into fitting out new shops. Four years ago they carried out our head office installation and successfully helped us migrate our teams from several small offices into one centralised space. Following this they successfully helped refurbish 30+ Shops within a year, most were kept trading. Today they are our Principle Contractor of choice; providing a good quality of workmanship for a reasonable price, with projects completed to agreed timescales and all managed in a friendly but professional manner."
